¡¡¡¡O2&CO2 Absorber:
¡¡¡¡ This product is an O2&CO2 absorber and prevents food, especially
lipidic food from mould, worm-eaten, oxidative deterioration, off
flavor and discoloration for the existence of oxygen. It absorbs O2
and CO2 completely to restrain mildew and bacteria, prevent the harm
of the two gases and remain the fragrance in the food. Thus, the nutrient
ingredients, freshness, color and taste are kept effectively. Innocuous
and flavorless, it is safe and sanitary to take, but not add it to
food directly. |
| ¡¡¡¡ This product absorbs all the O2 and CO2
leaked from outside and makes the food safer than that in vacuum
packing and nitrogen packing. |
¡¡¡¡This product is suitable for the airproof package of dried
series of products that contain less than 20% moisture and 0.75% moisture
activity.

Measures to estimate the oxygen content in the
container:
Rest oxygen content in shapely container = (dimension (L¡ÁW¡ÁH)
centimeters-good weight (g ) ¡Á1/5
Rest oxygen content in formless container=(water content in
the container (cc)- good weight (g )¡Á1/5
Note:
The proportion of the goods is 1. Low air
penetrable packing materials:
KOP£¯PE, PET£¯PE, KPET£¯PE, PET£¯PE, aluminum and plastic film
compound materials as well as other metal can and glass vessel
can be used.
Use:Bi-bsorber will start to
absorb O2&CO2 soon after it is opened. So the sealing
should be finished in 1~2 hours.
Seal:Film bag, plastic capper
with the seal width not less than 5MM. The heat seal should
be tidy and tight without any attachment of oil, water and
dust.
Store:Cool and preventing from
damage.
